Our Story
The foundation of The MarQit rests on a friendship that began in the eighth grade and blossomed throughout high school. Krysta and Tiffany’s shared journey took an entrepreneurial turn at the age of 18 when they co-founded their first venture, Kandi Apple Models.
This agency specialized in urban model management and coordinating fashion shows, marking the beginning of their dynamic business journey. Their vision expanded into two successful agencies: Kandi Apple Models and Beautymark Models, both thriving through their early 20s.
Over the years, they ventured into boutique retail, event services, international wholesale, and merchandising — all backed by their passion for creativity and community upliftment. Today, The MarQit is the culmination of those diverse experiences: a collective rooted in innovation, culture, and purpose.
